How do you place an order?
On our site there are products that require shipping and others that can be immediately downloaded, such as music and audio techniques. Completing an order at www.innerinnovationproject.com is very simple: from a product’s tab click on the “ADD TO CART” button to put it in your electronic shopping cart. Once you have selected the volume, the shipping charges and order total will be immediately clear to you.
What are the delivery times?
For shipments in Italy, products are generally delivered in 4/5 working days with Poste Italiane or in 1/2 days with Corriere Espresso. For shipments abroad, times may vary depending on location but generally do not exceed 7/10 working days. Downloaded products are obviously available immediately.
What are the shipping costs?
For shipments with Poste Italiane, the cost is €5.50. The cost of shipping by express courier is €9. Shipping costs are free for amounts of 100 € or more.
Can I purchase more than one copy of the same product?
Yes, you can purchase multiple copies of each product. Once you have placed the product in your cart act on the quantity box to change the number. The order totals will be updated immediately.
Buying voucher for friends and family.
Our shopping voucher allows you to make a gift by sending it to the address of your choice. The recipient will be able to use it to download your chosen product at your chosen cost.
How can I pay?
